Refund Policy

At Collection 716, every item is made to order and decorated in-house. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes, colors, or change-of-mind purchases. We gladly replace or refund items if:

• Your order arrives damaged.

• You receive the wrong item.

• There is a manufacturing or decoration defect.

If you experience any of these issues, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the item so we can make it right.

Please review our size charts before placing your order. Since each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to ordering the wrong size.

Orders may be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once production has begun, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.

Custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or contain an error made by Collection 716.

Collection 716 is not responsible for packages delayed by the shipping carrier.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we'll work with you to help resolve the issue.
